After five minutes of chopping and pulling...

And dropping Sheeba back off at the dock due to cold paws...

We have ignition!

Well the end of the season basically sucks.

But I guess the withdrawl of the off season is what makes the on season more enjoyable.

Hopefully spring will come early like last year. :)

My dad still runs his down to the landing everyday to go to work last year we went on the 27th of Dec and took the boat up he usually puts his last one away about 1-2 weeks before Christmas unless it gets super cold on he can walk out the back. He lives on an island on a med sized lake near MacTier Ont. I tell you there is nothing more eeiry sounding that going up the lake after dart and hitting a patch of ice in an aluminum boat scares the crap out of you even when your expecting it lol.

Blizz,

Do you guy have one of those big heavy raw aluminum/steel boats that seem to be popular around Parry Sound?

My dads got one not one of the real big ones though i believe his is a Kroft it was given to him by one of his customers. It's all welded aluminum. got a 115 merc on it.

Those things are bullet proof.

We went for a drive last year and went to Parry Sound.

The harbour was full of those boats. Being an inland boater I was surprised at how many of those type of boats were in the harbour.

Lake Joe has a bunch of Stanleys on it Gordon sells or aleast used to sell them. That's what they use for the marina boat.
