I guess this would be one of the last of the breed.
It's a great motor. :)

Chris a local dealer wanted 1895.% for the same motor..Is it a good deal ??

They we're selling for around $3,000 new. I had some quotes from dealers who wanted over 3K new as in $3,195 or some wanted extra for dealer prep. I got a really good deal on mine, I paid $2599 plus tax including everything. But I had to drive down to Port Colborne to get it.
One thing you have to watch for is the Mercury camp motors being sold off that are a year or two old. They're good if you get a good deal on them, but I certainly wouldn't buy a camp motor without getting a deep discount as they are essentially rentals.
