IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE YOUR BOAT INSURED IN MS

WHAT ARE THE LAWS IN OTHER STATES?

in ontario we don't need insurance by law, however it is strongly suggested especially liability

I have some of my boats covered under my house policy.

The Check has to get seperate insurance due to the fact it's considered a high performance boat.

Not needed in Nebraska. May have something to do with a lack of water. :thumb:

IS required in Kansas !!!!!

They get real anal if you don't have the proper paperwork !!!!!

They do not ask in CA, But If you have a loan then the bank will ask you to get your own insurance to cover the loan if needed.
