Splashing is always an interesting and controversial topic in the boating world.

Thats a good end to a bad story. I Have been watching this to see what would be the end result. :thumb:

Yeah, the splashing laws are somewhat of a new development.

So it will be interesting to see how they will hold up in the courts. I guess in this case things were settled in advance of court proceedings though.
